Care for everyday movement and injury recovery
People come to us when pain, stiffness, weakness, or an injury makes work, sport, sleep, or everyday movement difficult. Your assessment helps determine which approach is appropriate.
- Back pain, sciatica, neck pain, and shoulder concerns
- Hip, knee, ankle, foot, elbow, wrist, and hand pain
- Sports injury and post-surgical rehabilitation
- MVA, whiplash, workplace injuries, and WCB physiotherapy
Your first physiotherapy appointment
Choose Physiotherapy Initial Assessment & Treatment for a new concern. Jane asks you to allow 40–60 minutes. We review your history and goals, assess movement and function, discuss findings, and begin treatment when appropriate.
Treatment matched to your assessment
Your plan may combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, mobility work, strengthening, and a home program. Dry needling may be offered when appropriate after assessment and consent. Progress is reviewed so the plan can change with your needs.
Focused appointment options
Jane also lists concussion, TMJ/jaw pain, vestibular, senior, IFHP, MVA, and WCB appointments. Select the matching option or call for guidance. A free 15-minute physiotherapy consultation is listed if you are unsure where to start.
Direct access and benefit coverage
You can book private physiotherapy without a clinic referral. Direct billing is available for eligible plans; your insurer may have its own referral, authorization, and reimbursement rules.
