Cassie Lahucik is a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience across primary care, mental health, substance use, and community settings. She supports people navigating stress, anxiety, grief, life transitions, chronic pain, injury, MVA-related concerns, and WCB-related concerns.
Her collaborative, trauma-informed approach draws on supportive counselling, motivational interviewing, solution-focused approaches, CBT-informed and ACT-informed strategies, and practical coping skills.
Cassie aims to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients can work at their own pace and identify goals that matter to them.
